A ceramic vessel to hold the foraged bloom, the nicked flower, the flower given to you by your children, lover or friend.
A single stem or a small grouping, the best way to showcase your favourite flower.
This stoneware enclosed form, sometimes referred to as a ‘clay donut’ was thrown on the wheel.
A delicate wheel thrown spout and legs, are a feature on this ceramic form.
A hole, in a differing sizes has been made to hold a variety of blooms and
are used to fill the vessel with water too.
The finish is created using a black porcelain slip.
This piece is inspired by my love of Modernist forms.
